Jhang also received heavy rains, following the same roof collapse, one girl was killed and two sustained injuries under the rubble.
In Nankana Warburton, Khokharan village, three people were injured. In Shakra Mahal Dhok Zulfiqaryan village of Attock, wife and a husband were critically injured when the roof of a house caved in.
The roof of the house in Maddal area of Khanewal fell off and two girls died on the spot while two buffaloes were also killed in a roof collapse incident. Rain in the Kacha area of Kasur destroyed the roof of the house.
Three people were trapped under debris sustaining serious injuries while a minor girl is in a critical condition.
