CMIT inspects 1,200 schemes

Khan said reports of inspected projects have been sent to officials after completion of monitoring and investigation

QUETTA: Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT) official Asmatullah Khan on Tuesday said more than 1,200 schemes have been inspected in various areas of Balochistan on special direction of Chief Minister Jam Kamal and Chief Secretary Captain (retd) Fazeel Asghar.

Talking to APP, Khan said reports of inspected projects have been sent to officials after completion of monitoring and investigation.

He added that complaint cell was also established at the Chief Minister Secretariat under the supervision of CMIT Chairman Sajjad Ahmed to address problems of the public. Khan said,

“Ahmed visited various hospitals on complaints of the public and the assessment reports have been sent to the CM and chief secretary.” Khan added measures were being taken to improve performance of departments through periodical monitoring and assessment for welfare of the public under CM Jam Kamal’s vision.
