Yasser | 14 years ago | Reply where is ANP? whenever MQM,PPP delegation meets with President or Prime Minister, Karachi burns, because there is no ANP, i think it's better to have Jamat Islami vote bank in Karachi as compared to Shahi Syed (ANP) hooliganism politics, which is ruining Karachi.
Muhammad Amjad | 14 years ago | Reply Again Meeting of MQM with PPP I read the statement of Dr. Ar. Farooq Sattar that they don’t have any reservations against PPP govt and they will continue work as allies. In Pakistan prices of different daily usage items increase very quickly. If we compare these price with income of a Pakistani peoples than we see a huge difference. I read that the consumption of Wheat last year in Pakistan was 2 crore tones but this year decrease to one crore and 80 Lac tones rather than population of Pakistan increase. I think buying capacity of Pakistani going to decrease with passage of time. In Pakistan there is less Job opportunities. People are not able to purchase basic necessities of life like Wheat , Sugar and vegetables going out of range from Middle and Lower Middle class families. Peoples want money to purchase these things from any mean. So due to these things lives of Pakistani disturbed and their chances of misuse rapidly increase. I feel that “poorness is the mother of terrorism”. If we see towards Europe and USA than we see that peoples are not ready to their misuse or indulge in terrorism because they have basic necessities of life and they don’t have any tension about their future including their children’s food. I request to MQM leader ship that pleases they are representatives of Poor peoples in Pakistan so they try to take initiative against the hike of prices and pressurize the PPP and PML.N to control this increase on emergency basis. Mostly MQM take initial initiative for poor peoples of Pakistan but after some days they go in sleep or silent’s on burning issues. M. Amjad Software Engineer
