Desperation: Man sets himself on fire for his tractor

LARKANA: Jurwaar, 25, stood in the middle of National Highway, doused himself in petrol and set himself ablaze on Saturday. The man was a resident of Dokri. Onlookers took him to Kandyaro Hospital, where he was given first aid treatment and shifted to Nawabshah Hospital. According to doctors, he suffered burns on 80 per cent of his body. Jurwaar said he set himself on fire because a landlord took his tractor during the floods and refuses to return it. DSP Kandyaro Abdul Hameed assured him that the police would arrest the culprit and get Jurwaar’s tractor back.
