1. Egg

3. Spinach
Spinach is one of the best sources of iron and vitamin C. Spinach also contains vitamins A, B9, and E, calcium, fibre and beta-carotene – all of which can combat symptoms of the condition.
4. Beetroot
Fresh beetroot juice is very rich in iron content. Drinking fresh beetroot juice everyday can prevent iron deficiency. Tip: consume it first thing in the morning!
5. Soybean
Soak a handful of soybeans overnight and have them fresh in the morning to enjoy a good iron rich meal. They are high in protein, low in fat and help fight anemia to a great extent.
6. Kale
Kale is a superfood when it comes to battling iron deficiency. It comprises nutrients that can reverse the symptoms of iron deficiency with regular consumption.
