This was stated by the Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) Affairs Ali Amin Gandupur on Friday while speaking with the media at his residence in Dera Ismail Khan.
The minister also criticised the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman, on Friday. In a swipe at the JUI-F’s week-long sit-in in the federal capital earlier in the month, he said that ‘Halwa eaters’ could not afford an extended ‘dharna’ nor do they know the art of a sit-in, he said
Those who were demanding the prime minister’s resignation from the pulpit in the sit-in, neither they nor their workers and political allies remained. Hence, he declared that the sit-in failed in achieving its objective.
