Yasinzai urges foreign countries to invest in province

German Consul General expressed his gratitude on the warm wishes from the governor for the European state

QUETTA: Balochistan governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai on Thursday met German Consul General in Pakistan Eugen Wollfarth  in Governor House, Quetta and discussed development progress in the province along with global affairs, law and order situation and bilateral relations between the two countries.

Yasinzai said the relations between Pakistan and Germany have been long-established and there are bright prospects for investment in many sectors of the province, including education and health.

“Corporation from Germany in improving education standards, ensuring supply of clean water and imparting modern technology will further strengthen the economy and higher education institutions of the province,” said Yasinzai on the occasion.

German Consul General expressed his gratitude on the warm wishes from the governor for the Europeans state and appreciated the sentiments of the people. He said Germany is committed to providing quality education, health care and other amenities to the people of Balochistan.

Later, there was an exchange of gifts and memorial shields between the two.

Earlier, Yasinzai also urged the national and international companies to avail benefits by investing in province’s livestock sector.
