Car Accident: Police asked to lodge FIR against MPA

SARGODHA: Additional Sessions Judge Malik Muhammad Shabbir Awan on Thursday issued orders to the Shahpur Sadar police to register a case against PML-N MPA Sanaullah Mastikhel. According to the prosecution, Mastikhel, while on his way to Sargodha in a car, hit a motorbike on October 28, 2010. The biker Imtiaz was seriously injured and taken to a hospital, from where he was shifted to Lahore General Hospital owing to his critical condition. He said that the injured remained in the hospital three months. The prosecutor asked the court to direct the police station concerned to register an case against the MPA for rash driving and leaving the injured on his own to be treated. The judge then ordered the police to register a case against the MPA.
