Ep 3 of 'Coke Studio 12' might just be the best one yet

DUBAI: Coke Studio released the third episode of Season 12, featuring Chal Raha Hoon by Umair Jaswal, Mubarik Mubarik by Banur’s Band and Atif Aslam, and Aadam by Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad with Humnawa, on November 8, 2019.

The third episode is clearly the best so far from the season that is being produced by Rohail Hyatt. The three tracks released in this episode are unique and catchy in their own fashion.

Umair Jaswal revisits the heartache of losing someone you've cherished for long in his song Chal Raha Hoon.

Mubarik Mubarik by Atif Aslam and Banur Band


Celebrating the rich relationship between music and wedding festivities, Mubarik Mubarik comes to us in the unique hues of the Baloch culture, performed by Atif Aslam and Banur.

Aadam by Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad


Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad perform the story of mankind’s innate connection to music with Aadam, a composition by Hazrat Amir Khusrow that has been handed down to them through Sufi tradition.

The piece, as presented by the duo, brings together three couplets and two taranas expressing the legacy of music in the Sufi tradition as well as the collective human inheritance.
