ISLAMABAD: Medical experts on Wednesday advised citizens to adopt proper diet to reduce risk of asthma attack and other allergies during winters as asthmatics need to be very careful about the type of fats they are consuming.

General Physician Dr Khalid Imran advised patients who suffer from asthma in the winter to be careful when venturing outdoors, taking precautionary measures to reduce the risk of an attack.
