Appointment: Experienced professor joins SU

Prof Aftab Kazi who specialised in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, joined University of Sindh

HYDERABAD: Prof Aftab Kazi, who has specialised in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, joined the University of Sindh (SU) on Wednesday as the HEC foreign professor at the department of International Relations. Kazi previously taught at the School of Advanced International Studies in the US and will soon start teaching graduate courses on Central Asian and Central Eurasian studies at SU. There are plans to set up a centre specialising in Central Asian studies at SU, which will offer MPhil and PhD degrees.
