RAWALPINDI:
Attock police Wednesday obtained a seven-day physical remand of three suspects in a terrorism case involving the killing of five policemen in Pindi Gheb and burning of a NATO oil tanker. Anti-Terrorism Court-I Special Judge Malik Muhammad Akram Awan handed over the suspects to Pindi Gheb police for seven days after the investigators sought their physical custody in the case registered on May 1. The SHO of Pindi Gheb police in his submission said they wanted to recover the weapons used by the suspected terrorists and to learn about involvement of other men. Police said, unknown persons attacked a NATO tanker carrying fuel to Afghanistan and killed five policemen.
