Golf: Independence Day Cup to begin tomorrow

The four-day tournament is offering Rs1 million as total prize money.

KARACHI:

Around 400 hundred golfers from all over the country will be seen in action at the Independence Day Cup Open Golf Championship, which tees of tomorrow at the Defence Authority Country & Golf Club.

The four-day tournament, an annual event of the Pakistan Golf Federation, is offering Rs1 million as total prize money.KARACHI

A total of 100 golfers are expected to feature in the professionals’ event during the championship that also includes categories of amateurs, senior professionals, seniors and juniors besides masters U-14, veterans and ladies events.
