Remember when Peter Dinklage's lookalike was discovered in Rawalpindi? Or when Emran Hashmi's Peshawari doppelganger broke the internet?

There have been numerous times when many similar faces are spotted every now and then. And looks like the recent one to have made it to the internet is a lookalike of none other than Hamza Ali Abbasi.

Hailing from Mianwali, Yasir Ammar has around 13.5k followers on Instagram. He actually does look like the Alif star.

According to Express.pk, Yasir is also an actor and has worked in couple of shows.

However, this isn't the first time a known star has found its lookalike in Pakistan. Here are few actors whose doppelgangers hailed from the country.

A boy in Punjab is in the news for bearing an uncanny resemblance to pop artist Justin Bieber. Omer Khalil, Bieber’s doppelganger is a resident of Rawalpindi, Pakistan and is well aware of the resemblance. Speaking to The Indian Express, Khalil said, “It was my friends who were the first to notice the similarity. It was only a matter of time till others too began pointing out the same thing.”

Pakistani waiter Rozi Khan had never heard of the Game of Thrones – or its hugely popular character Tyrion Lannister – until his striking resemblance to the dwarf anti-hero got heads turning at home.

The 25-year-old so resembles actor Peter Dinklage – who has played the witty and wily nobleman since the hit series’ first season in 2010 – that he gets regularly stopped by strangers desperate for a picture.
