An anchor with US broadcaster NBC News was interrupted during a live broadcast by her infant son.
The anchor, Courtney Kube, was speaking on Turkey's ground offensive against Kurdish forces in Syria in the news studio in Washington when her 4-year-old son came strolling up from her left.
"Excuse me, my kids are here, live television," Kube said, as she smiled and gently moved her son out of the shot.
Immediately after, the screen cut to a map of the region and the Kube went on to complete her report.
"Breaking news in Syria didn’t line up with preschool drop-off, so he and his twin brother were with me," Kube later explained.
