List of dissolved LG resources sought

RAWALPINDI: Punjab government has asked ministry of local bodies for list of details of resources of dissolved 36 district councils across the province. The list of all essential record including assets, manpower, sources of income, liabilities, machinery, vehicles, bank accounts, ongoing and pending development schemes will be submitted to provincial government by October 11. A circular in this regard has been issued to all Deputy Commissioners (DCs). The resources will be later distributed amongst Tehsil councils in the new municipal system.
