Kidnapping: 4 women abducted in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: Four women have been kidnapped from various parts of the district during the past 24 hours. According to police officials, Aeysha, 17, was abducted by Abdul Mannan and three of his accomplices. In another case, Zareena, 16, was kidnapped by Mohammad Azhar and Saima was abducted by Abbas and his associates from Mustafa Abad. In another incident in Chak No434-GB, accused Zulfiqar, Chana and his associates allegedly kidnapped Sana from her house on gunpoint. Police officials have registered separate cases and started an investigation. So far none of the accused have been arrested and police are still searching for the victims. Locals in the area have protested in this regard and claimed that police officials were not doing enough to recover the victims.
