QUETTA: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday arrested the Quetta Post Office former postmaster and a private person for their alleged involvement in a case of illegal allotment of government land worth millions of rupees. NAB alleged that former postmaster Dur Mohammad Raisani in connivance with the Quetta Development Authority (QDA) officials got precious amenity plots illegally transferred into commercial plots and also got them allotted in his name. It also accused the QDA former chairman and former director general of allotting government land to their cronies in violation of government rules, causing huge loss to the national kitty.
