Infrastructure, education, health govt’s top priorities: CS Balochistan

The provincial government has approved 1,311 schemes among 1.976 through DSC

QUETTA: Chief Secretary Balochistan Fazeel Asghar has said that the provincial government is utilising all resources to ensure the provision of quality health, education, infrastructure and clean drinking water facilities to the masses.

He shared these views on Wednesday while presiding a meeting to review the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP)’s development schemes.

Secretaries of all provincial departments were present on the occasion.

The secretaries informed the meeting that the provincial government has approved 1,311 schemes among 1.976 through DSC.

Addressing the meeting Capt (retd) Fazeel Asghar said that following the chief minister’s directives, provincial departments should identify development schemes that will benefit the people across the province

“A new era of development would be embarked in Balochistan through the timely completion of development schemes,” the chief secretary said while directing keen attention towards education, health, infrastructure and clean drinking water facilities in remote areas of the province.

Chief Secretary Fazeel Asghar further directed secretaries to submit quality and monitoring report at his office.
