He shared these views on Monday while chairing a meeting here in Quetta to review progress on development schemes being executed across Balochistan.
Provincial ministers Zahoor Buledi, Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani, Noor Muhammad Dummar, Engineer Zamrak Achakzai, Muhammad Khan Lehri, Additional Chief Secretary P&D and secretaries were also present in the meeting.
Jam Kamal stressed upon keen monitoring of development schemes.
“With sincere efforts, we can ensure the provision of basic facilities including education, health and clean drinking water to people in remote parts of the province,” the chief minister said.
“Current government is taking earnest measures to uplift province’s education and health sectors, hence major changes are being brought in the infrastructure of hospitals and schools.”
Additional Chief Secretary P&D briefed CM Jam Kamal regarding new and on-going development schemes. He added that 1,796 new and 65 on-going projects have been included in the fiscal development program whereas 1,263 new schemes have also been approved.
Earlier, Balochistan Minister for Communication and Works (C&W) Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani also ensured that the provincial government has been utilising all resources to ensure the provision of quality facilities to the masses. He said the ongoing development projects would provide relief to the people of Balochistan.
“Under the leadership of Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Aliyani, Balochistan has been heading towards prosperity and development,” Hassani asserted, pledging major relief for the masses upon completion of ongoing development projects.
The minister also promised timely completion of development schemes in Kharan district.
“The people of Balochistan had placed their trust in us in the last general elections and the provincial cabinet will never betray that trust,” Hassani vowed.
