Services Hospital: No leaves for works dept employees during monsoon

The administration has banned on leaves of the Works Department and sanitary workers for the monsoon season.

LAHORE:

The Services Hospital administration has banned on leaves of the Works Department and sanitary workers for the monsoon season. This was announced by the hospital medical superintendent, Dr Muhammad Javed on Friday.

The MS said that dewatering pumps have been installed and staff deployed for drainage of rainwater from the hospital. He said that the officials of the Works Department have been directed to submit a daily report the condition of the dewatering pumps and generators. He said that a transport facility would be provided to the doctors and nurses living in the hospital hostel in case of rain.
