PRC requests FBR to waive duties

The authority has asked FBR to issue clearance certificate with immediate effect

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Red Crescent Society(PRC)  Islamabad has demanded to waive off duty and taxes on leaflets donated by a Turkish company.  In this regard, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a non-objection certificate (NOC) and has requested Federal Board of Tax Revenue (FBR)  to issue clearance of parcel at Islamabad International Airport (IIA). The authority has asked FBR to issue clearance certificate with immediate effect.
