SARGODHA: Irrigation department registered cases against 19 farmers on Saturday over charges of water theft. Police officials said that Irrigation officials conducted raids in Ghullahpur village, Bakhuwla village, Noorwla village and Chak No 159/NB and caught 19 farmers while they were watering their farms from canals illegally. On the report of the Irrigation officials, the police registered cases against the farmer.
