TCL adds P8S series to its 4K product line

KARACHI: Chinese Television brand TCL expanded its 4K product line by launching the P8S 4K UHD android TV earlier this week which comes equipped with Android P that allows users to download apps from Google Playstore via voice control and a built-in Chromecast which assists viewers to watch movies and view photos from their mobile devices.

Powered by the built-in Google Assistant and TCL’s integrated artificial intelligence (AI) platform, P8S allows users to ask questions and control smart devices around the home with their voice. The TV features vivid picture quality supported by the HDR10+ and HLG display technologies besides WCG technology that allows display in excess of 1 billion colors.

P8S is prepared with built-in Bluetooth audio technology to facilitate viewers to enjoy their favorite music on compatible Bluetooth devices.

The P8S is a great reflection of our plan to continue delivering an ever-improving range of products to the Pakistani market,” said Sunny Yang, General Manager, TCL Pakistan at the launch event.

TCL aims to continue its focus on providing TVs that are packed with the latest features as well as providing the best Smart TV experience. While the company is also committed to introducing smartphones in the next year in a bid to capture the mobile phone market.

The Chinese company revealed that the P8S series has been launched in three sizes with the 50-inch model priced at Rs 96,900, the 55-inch at Rs 109,900 and 65-inch at Rs 159,900.
