RMC tops citizen portal complaints list

More than 2,500 complaints filed against the corporation

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Municipal Corporation (RMC) has topped the list on Prime Minister Citizen Portal with the most number of complaints. More than 2,500 complaints have been filed against the corporation by the citizens while its resolution only stands at 10 percent. The number of public complaints against the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) and Potohar Town has also exceeded 800 and 1,800 respectively. The best performance was shown by the Civil Defense Department (CDD) which resolved 11 of 16 complaints lodged against it on the portal.
