Three including two women shot dead

ABBOTABAD:

Three people including two women were killed in different parts of Hazara on Saturday.

A married woman was found dead in her bedroom at her house on Kakul Road. According to the Nawanshehr police, Rabia married Zubair Gul a few years back and they were living peacefully. On Saturday morning, Rabia was found dead in her bedroom, and her husband reported that she had committed suicide. However, the deceased’s father, Aurangzeb, accused his son-in-law of killing his daughter. The police, upon Aurangzeb’s complaint, registered a case against Zubair and arrested him

A newlywed woman was found dead at her house. Ghalib Shah told the Allai police that his sister, Shagufta, married Naeem Shah five days ago. However, Naeem’s father Muhabat Shah was not in favour of the marriage and shot her on Sunday while Naeem was away.

A young guest from Punjab was killed by unknown assailants in Baghdara village. According to the Sherwan Police, local residents spotted the body of a man in the village and informed them. The body was identified as Faisal, who was living with a relative for the past week. The police said he had been shot twice, however, no motive has been uncovered.
