Awaited Achievement: ‘Historic day for smaller provinces’

QUETTA: Senator Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said the 18th Amendment is a significant achievement for democratic forces and said Balochistan will become the richest province if the provincial government performs well. “It is a historic day for the smaller provinces as we have obtained autonomy after a great struggle,” he said.
