Taking action: CM wants KESC dispute resolved

KARACHI: Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has directed the head of the committee looking into the dispute between the Karachi Electric Supply Company and its labour union, Minister for Electric Power Shazia Atta Marri, to convene a meeting and resolve the dispute between both parties.

The ACS (Home), Wasim Ahmed and DIG Police South were also made members of the committee.

sam | 12 years ago | Reply the government should not intervene.. the entire mess is the governments fault.. every ruling part stuffed their supporters into govt organizations to claim reduction in unemployment and THIS my dears is the result so the government needs to back off and let the KESC management handle the situation
