SIALKOT:
A security guard at a CNG station was gunned down by three unidentified men on resisting their robbery attempt in Gunna Kalan village on Sialkot-Pasrur Road on Thursday. The robbers confined the staff of the filling station in a room at gunpoint. Talib Hussain, 42, tried to stop them when they were leaving with the loot. They shot him, killing him on the spot. The robbers took Rs14, 000 cash and fled from the scene. Sialkot police said the body was shifted to the Goverment Allama Iqbal Memorial DHQ Hospital for an autopsy. They said the deceased was survived by three children.
