Inspection: Ensure full attendance, DHQ told

The DCO directed the admin that zakat and baitul mal funds be used for the purpose.

DERA GHAZI KHAN: District Coordination Officer, Iftikhar Ali Sahu, has directed the administration of district headquarters (DHQ) hospital to ensure doctors’ presence, as well improved services in the form of better treatment and hygiene in the hospital. The DCO issued the instructions after he found out about the absence of two doctors, Dr Husnain and Dr Khalid Masood Qaisarani, during a visit to the hospital on Wednesday. Sahu inspected the dialysis centre and several wards at the hospital. The DCO also directed the administration to ensure provision of medicines to poor and urged that zakat and baitul mal funds be used for the purpose.
