RAWALPINDI:
Human bones were discovered from the sewerage line of a house in Dhok Hassu area of Rawalpindi. Aneeq Ahmed told the police that he was living in the house with his family since last seven years. Last night, Ahmed said, he was getting the gutter line cleaned when the sanitary workers found parts of human skeleton. “We immediately called the police,” Aneeq said. The skeleton was not complete. Police took the remains into custody and will start investigation after post-mortem report. Rawalpindi City DSP Aijaz Shah said the remains will be sent for DNA test to ascertain the identity of the deceased. “We cannot say anything before the DNA test,” he said.
