PM Imran thanks Saudi prince for helping Pakistan 'in this difficult time'

Tabuk province's governor extends his best wishes to country's premier for Ramazan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday thanked Saudi Arabia's governor of Tabuk province for the kingdom's support to Pakistan in this testing time.

Prince Fahd bin Sultan had a telephonic conversation with premier Imran, in which he extended his greetings for Ramazan.

The Saudi prince said he looked forward to PM Imran's visit to Saudi Arabia to attend the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation summit on May 31.

Saudi Arabia to give Pakistan $3.2b oil on deferred payments from July

The prime minister confirmed his participation in the forthcoming summit in Makkah.

The KSA has extended a $3.2 billion deferred payment facility with Pakistan for petroleum products from the start of July.
