Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone to star in their fourth film together

Onscreen couple was last in Imtiaz Ali's 2015 venture 'Tamasha'

Ever since film-maker Luv Ranjan announced his next project starring Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn, everyone has been speculating who the leading ladies opposite the two actors will be.

If the latest buzz is anything to go by then, apparently, Deepika Padukone and Tabu have been signed on for this yet-to-be-titled film.

According to a report in Filmfare, both Deepika and Tabu have given a green signal to the upcoming film. However, neither the actors nor the makers have made any official announcements regarding the same.

However, if these reports do turn out to be true, it will be really exciting to watch Ranbir and Deepika reunite on the silver screen. The last time the ex-lovers shared screen space was in Imtiaz Ali’s Tamasha in 2015. This film will mark the onscreen couple's fourth venture.

Coming back to the Pyaar Ka Punchnama director's film, it is being touted as a high-profile action thriller with international and Indian action directors collaborating for it.

Post the film’s announcement last year, there has been no substantial update about it.
