Explosion: 4 cops injured in blast

Police officials said that the two injured police officials were in critical condition.

MULTAN: Four policemen were injured when explosives planted on a motorcycle went off at a picket in Qazzafi Chowk on Sunday. Regional Police Officer Aamir Zulfiqar told reporters that no one was killed in the incident. Police officials said that the two injured police officials were in critical condition. According to Rescue 1122, the injured police officials who have been shifted to Nishtar Hospital, include Khadim Hussain, Qaisar Abbas, Irshad and Imran. Law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area after the incident.
