With a rise in the use of smartphones in Pakistan, K-Electric has launched a mobile app for its consumers to have better customer service.

Facebook paid teens to track smartphone use

The app allows access to various services including billing details with history, duplication of bill downloads, live power status, ability to report power theft and lodging complaints after they sign up using their account number on the bill. Consumers will also be able to locate and make their way to the nearest customer centre if the problems persist.

“The launch of the app fits right in with KE’s use of technology and innovation in its customer-centric approach. We already offer a wide range of avenues to address consumer requests ranging from 30 customer care centres spread across its network, as well as one of the largest call centres state of the art consumer experience platform,” said a KE spokesperson.

KE Live is available on both Android and iOS devices.
