JOHI:
Hundreds of animals have died of an unknown disease within the past month, in Kachho villages lying between the Kirthar mountain range in the west and the plains along the River Indus in the east. So far, 700 goats, 300 sheep, 40 cows, 25 buffaloes and 15 camels have died, according to the residents. They complained that there are no doctors available at the veterinary centres and no vaccination has been carried out for the past five years.
