Indian troops killed Kashmiri youth during cordon, search operation

Indian troops martyred two Kashmiri youth in the Shopian district of the Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK), Radio Pakistan reported on Friday.

The youth were killed during a 'cordon and search' operation in the Sutsoo Kalan Nowgam area of the district. Earlier, five Indian troops were injured in an attack in the same area.

Another individual, 24-year-old Muzaffar Ahmed Hajam, was injured after unidentified gunmen fired at him in the Tral area of Pulwama district.

Two youth martyred by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir

On Thursday, Indian forces martyred three Kashmiri youth in the Shopian district of the occupied territory.

On the same day, occupying Indian forces belonging to the Rashtriya Rifles, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Special Operation Group launched a violent cordon and search operation at Yaroo in Langate area of Kupwara district.

On February 14, a deadly suicide attack in IoK’s Pulwama district killed at least 44 Indian paramilitary soldiers. The suicide bombing took place when a car rammed a bus carrying troops belonging to the CRPF.
