Actor Daniel Radcliffe, who rose to fame after playing the title character in the film series based on JK Rowling's books, shared he is certain someone else will play his role in the future, reported Entertainment Tonight. Radcliffe has predicted that there will be more adaptations of JK Rowling’s famous Harry Potter book series.

“I’m sure there will be some other version of it; I know I’m not the last Harry Potter I’m going to see in my lifetime – we’ve already got a few more,” the 29-year-old actor said, while referring to the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play.

“It will be interesting to see how long those films stay… It feels like there’s a sense of sacredness around them at the moment, but that’ll go and the shine will wear off at some point. It’ll be interesting if they reboot them and just do the films again or do a series; I’m fascinated to watch,” he added. The actor is currently his new TBS comedy series Miracle Workers, where he is playing the lead.

Radcliffe’s journey in showbiz dates back to when he was cast as Harry Potter at the age of 11. His success in the industry has enabled him to be listed among Britain’s wealthiest celebrities. In his lifetime, Radcliffe, 27, has amounted up to an impressive value of £64 million in savings. Last year, it was revealed by his company, Gilmore Jacobs, that he holds £63.9 million in the accounts.

Heather | 5 years ago | Reply Well; they think they have to remake everything once it's 10+ years old so eventually someone will probably think they need to remake this. It's still pretty popular though so they probably won't look into a remake until it's probably 40-50+ years old; they'll probably figure it's hype has died down enough for a refresh. I'll always stick with this one. Might watch a remake at least once to check it out but I'll stick with the one I grew up on.
