WATCH: George Fulton imitating Google maps on the streets of Karachi

If you want to lighten up your day, watch George Fulton pronounce names of famous streets in Karachi alongside Google Maps.

Fulton starts the video by saying that he has been putting his Urdu to test recently and will test someone else's Urdu "another gora, to be precise."





The British-Pakistani television journalist after hearing Google Maps pronounce Shahrah-e-Faisal, breaks out in a fit of laughter and adds that now he has to "take a U-turn on to Koran-guy road", referring to the port city's major thoroughfare Korangi road.

As Google Maps continues on pronouncing words in a funny manner, George adds "Google! Come on guys, you rule the world. You should be able to fix this" and continues laughing as Khayaban-e-Shamsheer becomes 'Shamshaar' and 'Zamzama' is pronounced as Zama Zaaaah!

George Fulton is a British-Pakistani TV journalist and producer who has worked with Pakistani media and BBC.

He also hosted George Ka Pakistan where he shared his experience of living in Pakistan as a British. Fulton is married to Pakistani citizen Kiran.

Recently, Fulton launched his personal channel on YouTube called Desi George where he uploads funny videos alongside Wasim Akram’s wife, Shaniera Akram, about Pakistan and how it has a diverse culture.

At the end of the video, Fulton says that he has won the round as his pronunciation was better than that of the voice behind Google Maps.
