Varsity’s students on Wednesday launched a protest and refused to sit in the exams unless the administration reviews its decision to hike fees.

Meanwhile, the university administration has said that they are reviewing whether any cuts can be made in the fees while they warned that any misconduct by pupils will not be tolerated especially in the matters of attendance and other issues.

Previously, the students called off the protest after the varsity had assured them that the hike in fees would be reduced or withdrawn.
