RAWALPINDI:

A Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday ordered the foreign ministry to submit a copy of the letter written to India regarding Ajmal Kasab's extradition.

Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi and seven others were presented at a special court of Adiala Jail.

During proceedings, the prosecutor requested that the hearing should be adjourned until Ajmal Kasab and Fahim Ansari were extradited from India.

The lawyer of the accused also argued that Ajmal Kasab has already been sentenced and the two cases can not be continued in the same crime.

The court reserved its decision until the next hearing scheduled for June 12.
