Discussed oil and gas prospects in Pakistan

A senior official of an oil company called on Prime Minister Imran Khan at his Bani Gala residence on Tuesday.

According to a press release, Regional Vice President for Middle East, Africa & Pakistan for MOLGROUP Ali Murtaza Abbas met the premier and gave a short overview of the group’s operations and informed the PM Imran that MOL Pakistan is Pakistan's largest producer of liquid petroleum gas and the second largest producer of condensate/crude oil.

Abbas expressed his gratitude that the government is providing maximum support to the oil and gas sector which has much more potential to grow in the coming years.

He added the MOL Group looks forward to strengthening Pakistan’s energy sector and promoting public-private partnerships.
