RAHIM YAR KHAN: Rahim Yar Khan Police have failed to recover an infant abducted from Sheikh Zayed Hospital some three years ago, Express News has learnt. Shabbir Ahmed Khosa’s wife gave birth to a baby at the health facility in April 2015.

However, after 20 days, when the woman visited the hospital for a routine checkup, four unidentified accused, including three women, abducted the infant identified as Usman Shabbir and fled. The affected family immediately lodged a kidnapping case at A Division police station, but the baby has been missing since and all efforts to trace the culprits went in vain. Meanwhile, A Division Police Station SHO Chaudhry Azhar Iqbal released CCTV photos of two of the alleged kidnappers and appealed to the people to identify the accused.
