MORO:
A complete shutter-down strike was observed in Moro on Friday to protest the increasing crime rates. Several traders, residents and activists of various social and political organisations organised a rally and staged a sit-in outside the press club. Leaders of the protest condemned the police for its failure. They said that 200 motorcycles have been snatched in the past month and a young man was also shot dead upon resistance. The protesters demanded action against the Moro SHO.
