HYDERABAD: Two people, including a child, were electrocuted to death in separate incidents in Dadu district. A 11,000 KV wire of Sukkur Electric Supply Company broke and fell over Hafiz Mir Muhammad Kalhoro’s house in the village and electrocuted 10-year-old Sanaullah Kalhoro. Mumtaz Kalhoro, his father, claimed that he requested Electric Power Construction Corporation’s (SEPCO) staff to fasten the dangling cables several times but he was never heard. He demanded the registration of FIR against SEPCO staff. Separately, Nizamuddin Rahujo, who was injured in an accident between a tractor trolley and a high transmission pole, succumbed to injuries in a hospital. Two persons, including Rahujo’s young son, Mehtab, and brother, Ghulam Mustafa, died in that accident due to electrocution.
