Muhammad Alam | 5 years ago | Reply Following Steps are need for the Disabled People all over Pakistan : Free of cost or at least 80% discount on travelling of all transports including PIA, Pakistan Railway, Inter City Buses and local taxies including private transport companies such as Uber & Careem etc etc. Minimun 5% Quota in all Government Jobs and 3% Quota in CSS Exams. Minimum 5% Quota in all Government Universities and 3% Quota in all Government & Private Medical & Engineering Colleges. Hence shall be free of cost. Minimum 50% Discount in all Private Schools, Private Universities & Education Institutions. Free of Cost Medical Treatment in all Government & Private Hospitals including OPD and Medicine bills. Tax Free import of Vehicles and Free of cost 3 wheel bikes. Rs. 10,000 per person shall be given to disabled who are unemployed / jobless. A calculation is as under (just example) : Rs. 200 in Electricity bills, Rs. 50 in Gas bills, Rs. 100 in all PTCL bills and Rs. 2 on all mobile cards can be added as "Welfare tax" to get the amount for this purpose. For example, WAPDA & KE has 32 milllion consumers. Lets multiply 200 with 32 million, its making Rs. 6.4 Billion (6 arab 40 crore), if divided into 10,000 that means it will be good enough to pay 640,000 disabled individuals. For Example, SNGPL & SSGC has 5.6 million and 2.8 million consumers. Which makes total of 8.4 million consumers in total. Lets collect Rs. 50 through Gas bills (affordable), which means 8,400,000 multiply by 50 = 42 Crore PKR. Which Means if we divide this 42 crore from 10,000 then it makes 42,000 disabled individuals. For Example, PTA has 62 Million Broadband subscribers, put Rs. 100 on each broadband user as "Welfare Tax" which means, 62,000,000 multiply with 100, which will be 6,200,000,000 (6 Arab 20 Crore). Divide with 10,000 (allowance amount) then it means that it will be good enough to pay 620,000 disabled individuals. For Example PTCL has 3 million users, Rs 50 can be collected from each, it will be 150,000,000 (15 crore) which will be good enough to pay 15,000 disabled individuals
