Saleem Shahzad’s Murder: SC moved to form a judicial commission

Journalists and members of the electronic media shall be included in the commission.

LAHORE: A constitutional petition has been moved in the Supreme Court seeking the constitution of a judicial commission into the murder of journalist Saleem Shahzad. The petitioner, Barrister Zafarullah Khan, said that a retired judge of the SC Khalilur Rehman Ramday or another judge should be made head of the commission. He added that representatives of journalists and members of the electronic media should be included in the commission.
