Katherine Langford of Hannah Baker fame joins 'Avengers 4'

'13 Reasons Why' star's character in the franchise is yet to be disclosed

13 Reasons Why fame starlet Katherine Langford has joined the cast of super hero film Avengers 4.

While the details of her character in the hit superhero franchise have been kept under wraps, Hollywood Reporter reported that Langford has also started shooting for the film.

However, a report in The Wrap suggests that the 22-year-old actor has completed the shoot of the next Avengers installment.

Langford is aiming high with numerous projects lined up in near future. Apart from Avengers 4, she has also grabbed a role in Netflix's show titled Cursed.

The budding starlet earlier earned a Golden Globe nomination for her breakout role as Hannah Baker in the critically-acclaimed teenage drama, in which she played a high school student who is bullied and sexually assaulted by her seniors and classmates.

She appeared on the show through season two, but will not return for next year's third season. Being helmed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers 4 is slated to release on May 3, 2019.
