Drew Barrymore: Hollywood’s most ‘overpaid’
The interview published in Horus and written by Aida Tekla, was full of grammatical errors and opened up in the most offensive way possible. It read, "Despite being unstable in her relationships most of her life and the busy life of stardom that dominated her life, Drew Barrymore has decided to temporary [sic] take an unlimited vacation to play her most crucial role as a mother."
It continued that psychologists deem her behaviour to be “only natural since she lacked the male role model in her life after her parents’ divorce”.
A representative of Barrymore later clarified that the Charlie's Angels star never participated in the interview. But Tekla - also a former president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association - said that the interview was "genuine and far from fake. As far as Drew is considered, we interviewed her several times. I saw her grow up before my eyes she is charming and talented."
However, sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the magazine's publisher Al-Ahram has decided to stop printing Horus. The company has also agreed to pull off existing copies from the airline after the controversy.

Tekla hasn't responded to comments since her October 3 tweet. But she added that the magazine and other outlets are "authorised to edit the final version" of the interviews.
