Cricket: Charsadda outclass Sardehri

PESHAWAR: Charsadda club defeated Sardehri club by 50 runs in the ongoing 18th Bacha Khan Memorial Gold Cup Cricket Tournament. Electing to bat, Charsadda set a target of 190 for the loss of eight wickets in 25 overs. Mehfooz Khan hammered a cracking 91 which included nine boundaries and two sixes while Ghulam Hussain contributed 31 with three boundaries. In reply, Sardehri were bowled out for 140 in 23.2 overs with Noorul Amin being their highest scorer with 25.
